Beannachdan (Greetings)!

 

We’re happy to announce that, barring any further restrictions, we will be hosting our 44th annual Scottish Gathering and Games live and in person on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 at Kearney Park in Fresno County. We’ve all been hoping that this day would come, and we’re busy making preparations to make it a joyous and festive reunion for any and all who would like to participate.

 

As we continue to build the website, more information will be posted, but prepare yourselves for a great day of celebration of Scottish culture and heritage through music, athletics, dance, food, drink, and fanfare!

 

We will be looking for volunteers to assist us in terms of setup on Friday, September 17th, operating the various areas during the event, and cleanup after the conclusion on Saturday. Anyone is welcome; if interested, please contact us at fresnoscottishsociety@yahoo.com.
